Honestly I've never met the manager, been going there for 7 or 8 months. The staff behind the front counter are really nice and helpful. The receptionist in very front desk is always kind and goes the extra mile to help. Overall good job

Employee named Manu was very rude . Had no idea wat she was saying when my wife's card was blocked cuz of fraud protection. I was able to deposit n pay bills on the card but Manu refused to issue new card or open new account how professional. TD no 1 in customer service keep it up manu
This is the worst branch ever and with a bad manager. The teller didn't want to cash my cheque and went to her manager. They told me I can still deposit it at ATM as my limit is $2000 without holds. I go to ATM and see the deposit limit is only $200 which makes sense and the reason normal people go to the teller to deposit your cheque in full. Anyway I just went up the street to Bramalea Centre which obviously cashed my cheque and seemed to be just busy as the other bank so there's no excuse. The only positive reviews on this Google page are naming specific people or written from a local guide. I would say this is the branch managers faults, she didn't really seem to know what she was doing or going on at the time.
