I dinned there a few nights ago and the hostess was an absolute joy. He got us a table promptly at the lounge. Unfortunately, we sat there waiting for someone to greet our table for 30 minutes. My friend and I were a bit confused and tried to make eye contact with the servers but we're completely ignored. As a former server, I know how it is in the restaurant industry so we waited and waited and once no reaction, I kindly approached the staff at the front to inform them. Although it was a long time waiting for service, I was very impressed with how well they treated us AFTER. We got complimentary drinks, the manager, hostess and server came and spoke to us and treated us very well. The food came out within minutes and was absolutely delicious. Everyone was very attentive and I feel they completely redeemed themselves. Thank you for a bad start turning into an awesome ending!
Pretty disappointed with our night we had here Saturday night. We decided to go out for some drinks and apps, the night started off great with drinks that were good and the service was great but the apps were horrible.. we got the Mosaic Dip,Calamari and the soup. The dip was honestly all mushrooms that was mashed up. Our server came over and I told her that the dip was not good at all and asked if she could take it away, we maybe had 4 bits out of this dip hoping it would get better and didn't at all. The end of the night came and the bill came too $100 and the dip was still on it... and not even an apology. Spending $100 on a bill defiantly thought the food could of been better and that dip should of been taken off the bill. Didn't give it a 1 star because the drinks were good but the food was horrible.
I have to say that this location seems to do a great job at attracting the right people with the right attitude, so far. We were again visiting this location and we had an amazing server by the name of Marcel. He was very professional, courteous, and very attentive. Little things like bringing refills when did see our drinks getting low, and when he saw that I was enjoying my dip for my sweet potato fries so much, as it was empty, he asked if I would like more. It was this along with his pleasant demeanor and positive attitude towards the customer that made our dinner that much more enjoyable, thank you very much Marcel.
Been to Moxies in Alberta and loved the food. But here in Brampton loved the service. Young kid called Meg was our server and shes so awesome. Absolutely cheerful and pleasant. Busy night being New Years eve but Meg made sure we got fast service. The food is very good and presented well.
Went for a staff Christmas social. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Music was at a decent volume for talking to others. The house red wine was a very nice drink and the appetizers were tasty. Didn't try any of the mains, beers or alternate diet options so don't feel comfortable giving it a 5 star.
