The worst Sport Chek shop ever. All the collections are garbage..You will see the same products for long long time. I love Sport Chek but when I enter into this location I feel shocked. I dont know how they deviate the quality here from other store..
Went in for sharpening of 3 pairs of skates. Last year I got them sharpened somewhere else and my skates were HORRIBLE to skate on so I needed someplace new. Staff on the phone were friendly and accurate with information. When we arrived we were served immediately. Skates were done while we shopped. We were in and out in well under an hour. Only thing left is to take them out for a test skate.
Ordered skis and bindings from Sport Chek online. They came to the house uninstalled which is fine. I called this Sport Chek to see if and when they could do the installation. They advised me to bring them in anytime as it would be quick and free. The next day I go to this location with my skis and bindings in hand. They tell me to leave it with them as it would be a week for them to do the install. Skis and bindings - 1 week!Not impressed.
Horrible experience; called on a tues morning to inquire if a shoe was in stock. I decided to stop by anyways... I was on hold the entire drive (18min). Showed up and explained I was on hold and the response I got was oh... great job.... shoe wasnt in stock...
Excellent excellent customer service from Everett in the skating department. we were looking for skates for kids. We went there are 8:40pm (store closes at 9pm) looking for skate and even though it was very close to closing time, he took his time explaining the difference between figure and hockey skates. He asked my daughter about fitting and how comfortable skates were. Also Everett was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and concerns.
