I just wanted to say that I spoke to the representatives the other day (Friday afternoon) for some transit information and I have to say that I was blown away by the service that they were able to provide me. They were very informative and was able to answer all my questions that resulted in me leaving the conversation with confidence and a better understanding of the world of public transit. The experiance a person receives here is the easiest way to begin aknowledging the decline and pitfalls in the community of Brampton. There has been a by-law for years to discourage smoking tobaco on the premises that suposedly decreased the beggars in the immediate area. People often drink in public around here. Peel police are constantly here or near patroling this terminal along with an increasing amount of transit security employees. They recently renovated the inside terminal facilities unsuccessfully because its still an unclean public mess. Fares for Brampton Transit are still on the rise at a cool $4 in cash! A person can only hope one day municipalities won't group Methadone clinics, bars, liquor stores,bail program agencies, and unethical so called religious "Regeneration" all together to make one massive unending stream of, impoverished, incapable, marginalized,and dependant people in our fair cities.
After the renovation, the terminal looks really good.
