I gave my insurance details in Nov/Dec 2015 and it took them 3 months to tell me that the insurance has denied payment.They were not willing to hand over my dental x-rays. The process they wanted to follow was that I should give a letter to the dental office I wish to go with , who would in turn send the letter to their office which would take a few days.I cancelled my appointment in Dec 2015 but they still went ahead and re-did my pre-D in Jan 2016 without my authorization.They finally remembered my account and are asking for payment.
