Been going there for a year now...Exceptional customer service...very friendly...great advice on skin care needs....highly recommended
I had booked my appointment the night before and when I arrived the lady wasn't aware of the appointment and already had a customer. Because I was in a rush since I already had to wait, she helped me while doing another customers hair. She started to contradict information I told her,even though I obviously know more about myself, she would compare me to other customers and tell me I was lying about the last time I waxed. I did not appreciate this type of service at all and will not be going back. And she overcharges for her sugar waxing, other salons are cheaper and better.
