Disgusting customer service whatsoever. She thinks she runs an office working from home. Be careful she uses high intensity that can scar you. Not going to her again.
Katherine does an amazing job and she is highly knowledgeable in her field! Ive been a client since August and seen amazing results with the electrolysis treatment! I trust Katherine very much now, she is very professional and honest!! She not only makes me feel comfortable but also confident! I am very thankful!
I would highly recommend Katherine if you are considering electrolysis. I have been seeing Katherine for about 3 years now and she is absolutely amazing. After a terrible experience with laser hair removal, I was unsure if electrolysis would work for me and was very nervous going in, but Katherine immediately put me at ease. I have had remarkable results and wouldn't trust anyone else for my electrolysis treatments. If you are unsure if electrolysis will work for you or if you are nervous like I was, I say go for it - you will not find a better electrologist than Katherine!!
I love Katherine, she is the most sweetest, down to earth person Ive met thus far. I have been going regularly to karospa/rowley electrolysis and laser, for over a year now I have seen wonderful results in just the first session(this is what got me hooked). I had these embarrassing ingrown and dark chin hairs, I used to wax and that made it worse, I tried laser and that made it 10x worse plus I had to shave my chin hair in between laser treatments and it left a dark shadow which made me feel like less of a woman and it was something I did not want to keep doing, and I also tried other electrolysis places that showed no results (Im so glad I found karospa). Katherine is so understanding, I work nights I did not wake up for my appointment, therefore I was a no show, she was so sincere (so for those who have said she has no customer service are clearly just trying to sabotage her reviews) She reassured me that even-though I was a no show she will try her hardest to get me in for an appointment, the same day or in the upcoming week, and will meet me half way with the cancellation fee, I am currently working on the rest of my face. Shes stuck with me as a client forever! Shes the best out there, and results are amazing
Katherine really knows her stuff....she saved my skin...literally. I went to Rowley Skin Care with lots of ingrowns and discoloration as a result of another technician improper technique. I tweezed...picked...waxed..and used make up to cover the unsightly disaster around my chin and jawline. Katherine is very honest and straight forward...she told me what to expect and educated me on the proper way to treat hair removal and correct the damage done...my face is the one on her website....that was a year ago. I saw a vast improvement in just a few treatments... my skin has cleared up 200% and I can now go without wearing makeup. I went through many stressful years of dealing with unwanted hair growth...Katherine gave me back the confidence to go makeup free and her knowledge and expertise is well worth the time and investment. She's bossy and to the point....I needed that kick in the butt to make a change. No more electrolysis hunting and going from one place to the next. Katherine does a great job she is good at what she does. Her prices is slightly higher thsn some but on average an affordable and resonable price .
