I did not enjoy my experience here.I felt like a customer who was simply only served up until my money was received by this company.Simply put, I came in to be fitted for orthotic insoles.I was told I would have to pay upfront to receive them.Once I paid I was told they would take one week to come.I waited three and a half weeks and did not receive a phone call.I had to call in to find out if my insoles had arrived.After explaining what I needed in terms of my coverage the representatives of this company only told me after I had paid in full that I require a prescription to receive a reimbursement from my insurance company. However, they cannot give out prescriptions. I would need to go elsewhere for that. They wasted my time. This was a terrible customer service experience. I will not go back here in the future.
