I have found this shop to be dishonest, frankly borderline fraudulent and extremely uninformed about their products. I'm also really surprised and skeptical about all these 5 star ratings.I purchased a skagen watch from this shop. It stopped working so I brought it back to their store, they offered to put new batteries free of charge, I was pleasantly surprised and grateful, however watch stopped working after few days so I took it back to them. At this point the owner said he has to send it back to Skagen and it would cost me 90$ to repair it. Keep in mind this watch is worth around 150$.I was asking why the battery failed so quickly, then owner made this rude snarky comment about how this watch is a like a Benz (150$ fashion watch) and how Benz also sometimes break down...so I decided to take it to another shop at the mall. They checked the battery and said it was basically dead...and put a new battery for 10$... Weeks later it's running and it's running well. I waited to write this review because I wanted to be sure watch was working and battery was the issue to give them the benefit of the doubt. Basically this shop owner put an almost dead battery in for free and tried to charge me 90$ in repair costs for a 100$ watch, instead of charging me to put a new battery. Completely dishonest behavior.Please be aware of this when you shop at this place. I will never shop at this place and would let all my friends and family know not to shop at this place.
