  I would highly recommend Kavita and her assistant Diana. They were efficient, and dedicated to making the process of a divorce as simple and easy as possible for me. Kavita was also very helpful, knowledgeable and kind during this this time. It was the best experience I could of hoped for.

  Kavita and her team helped me with my separation and mutual divorce processing. They handed the case sensitively taking the time and effort to understand my situation with children and helped me with detailed separation agreement with clear access schedule in joint custody. Its been 5 years and I do not have to deal with my ex in any discussion of his access to children or child support. Everything was so well documented and laid out to make my life as single mom easier atleast on this front:)I remember submitting application for divorce and receiving email to pickup certificate within 5 months.   I have been married twice in my life and my first husband walked away from the marriage and had not seen our daughter since she was just under 1-year old. Needless to I filed for divorce and we moved on with our lives. I met a very special man and was lucky enough to marry him and have a child with him. My husband Walter has always treated my oldest daughter as his own child. My daughter became engaged early in 2018 and spoke to my husband and me about Walt adopting her legally. I went to the Brampton Court house and picked up an adoption package. The package the courthouse provided was massive, and was focused on adoption of young children my daughter is 31 so a good part of the application did not apply to her. I found Kavita Bhagat online and I am so grateful that I found her! Her vast knowledge of family law was a lifesaver for us. We had 4-lawyers involved in the process, one for each of us my husband, my daughter, myself and her biological father. Without doubt, Kavita was the most knowledgeable about adult adoptions and about what is actually required for the courts. I cannot tell you what an amazing experience it was working with Kavita, she was fast, through and put all of us at rest about the process because she took the time to explain everything that was required for the courts and why it was needed.I am happy to say that I recommend her highly! The process was daunting for us when we started but thanks to Kavita, we understood the requirements and why they are needed and she always made me feel like I was part of her family!

  Kavita Bhagat is a superb and good hearted person! I had searched for several good and reputable Family Law Lawyers especially sole practitioners and I finally came across Kavita. When I first met her, I felt comfortable and at ease and, she is very patient and attentive. She is also fair and reasonable with her billing. She is good in returning calls and messages promptly and, very quick in turning things around. I have no hesitation in recommending Kavita to anyone for Family Law matters, shes truly a gem.

  Kavita is extremely knowledgeable and an amazing lawyer.I had a very short time frame to get a family lawyer, so I started communicating with different lawyers on phone to share my situation and to ask for an appointment. When I went to meet other lawyers, some of them didn't even remember what was discussed on phone. Whereas, Kavita had analyzed my situation in advance and when I went to meet her, she provided right advice and recommendations, which helped me a lot to take toughest decision of my life.Great service in fair and reasonable fees.
