My favourite place to sit and read. They have got variety of books, journals especially Sc. Journals ,newspapers, magazines.Comfortable chairs and tables and helpful staff members and cosy environment makes u feel at home and time flies away.... one gets a feel good factor here...Being regular visitor , l felt few librarians now are bit harsh and keep nagging with children during closing hours ... can be bit polite please...
Super easy to get a library card, super friendly staff. Didnt mention library card was expiring end of year so had to call a month later but renewed it on the phone no problem as it was such a short time. All you need is an Ontario ID to get a brampton library card which makes it really simple. Not as great of an ebook selection but still a lovely source to have.
The service i got from this lady in particular was terrible and she was so biased i hope she gets some coaching from someone . She is the lady who handles the Cultural Access Pass and sits on the desk . i went there at 5.45 and she was not there, they told me to wait for her after waiting for 20 mins she came and said it was my lunch so went grocery shopping and when i inquired as to what time she works she said 6.30 so i am confused as to what kind of lunch break she is referring to . then she asked me if i had kids and i said yes she then told me to put housewife in the form and i asked her why i work she then said oh i thought you dont work one of her biases shown over here just because i told her i have kids . the whole time she was talking to two other men in punjabi and was being very disrespectful to me sitting right under her nose . she also made a comment saying do u want more kids if i had kids i would have thrown them away .
Taste is very good. Must try.
