Pizza Nova is very near to me so we often go there staff is very friendly and helpful they make good pizza
I ordered a medium pizza with 10 wings at 12:15am, I gave them the address and everything. After an hour the delivery guy calls me from another address which I previously ordered from a month ago saying he is there. When I advised him that's not the address I gave he told me they gave him this address. Just because I ordered from for one address before they automatically ignored the address I gave and sent a pizza to the old one.... unreliable. Dont waste your time ordering from pizza nova.
I am surprised that many other people experienced the same racism from the same (black) lady. I was standing in the line to order and she just kept walking around taking out drinks from the fridge thing and she took SO Long that I just left. SHe would stare at me and in a rude way. If you think your experience was great probably cuz you were her favourite race or something.
Pizza Nova is quite beside my apartment in Brampton. Myself and my husband bring quite many times. Every time we feel it super delicious.Especially the staff is very friendly. I don't know for some reason I don't find better taste in any other Pizza stores. I highly recommend Pizza Nova for pizza lovers!!
This location is great. The staff are polite, kind, and helpful. Their pizza also tastes great. Much better than a pizza pizza slice or anything around, which does not compete.
