Went here for the first time concession stand sold me 2 variety of popcorn they didnt have I mean is it not your job to know what your selling ? Super rude so I asked for a refund of my popcorn and drink combo the cashier proceeds to grab my drink that was a quarter gone out of my hand and said well Im taking this back too I said Ill buy the drink subtract it from my refund she refused to sell em the drink so I ask you would rather throw this away than to sell me a half consumed drink ? She said yes and said I didnt need to Be so rude once I asked if she could hurry as by this point it was over 25 minutes my movie had already started then I go to my movie and have people without tickets in my seat that swear its there seat while I show the paper that says f 18 (my seat ) I leave the theatre and as Im trying to cool off security is dealing with the guy who was in my seat hey go and the people who were there his or moved cannot believe how much stress this has caused me as Im dealing with depression and wanted just a relaxing night will never be back
Awesome experience with the D Box seats at this place. The 3D screen felt smaller than other places I have been. Surround sound was good. Lot of options to eat, although I would have preferred some better popcorn combos!!
The seats were dirty, the people who are attending are the DEFINITION of AVERAGE , Average clothes, Average Words, Average Movies, overpriced pop corn and candy how could it get any better than that! The entire place needs to be DEEP CLEANED ASAP sticky butter and pop corn and pop everywhere seriously Who's paying for this place? It needs to improved upon ASAP clean the seats, rowdy the crowd because there are so many people coming in and out disrupting the entire flow of the movie theater and the movies their are really average , seriously please improve, I give you two stars because your staff is well trained to receive the guests but that's all I can give you.
A bit dirty in theatre.. seats could use a good cleaning but we always have a good time. We take the kids for a night out, get combo #2 and it's good for 4 of us.
Decent screen and sounds. Fairly clean. But ice cream there is so so. Why can they serve decent ice cream at $7? They did have a Christmas tree though. Lol.
