I would like to preface this by saying the two young men that physically moved our things were fine but I have no idea how in the world this company has 4 stars. After working in customer service for 7 years, safe to say no one recieving calls or emails has received adequate training. No one is accountable, helpful or can explain what is what. We were quoted a price for a specific truck and hours and agreed. The woman takes down all of my info including credit card and tells us she is sending over papers to sign which we never recieved. The day of our move I recieve a note with a different amount of hours and price to sign, send an email with no response. Call and... apparently what we agreed on wasn't "in the file" the DAY OF our move so we ended up with a smaller truck for more money coupled with a whole lot of excuses and a "sorry not sorry" attitude. Save yourself the hassel on your moving day and take your money somewhere more responsible, accountible and where the staff have some premis of a basic understanding of their job because you have enough to worry about.
Worst service ever. Over 2 hours late for pick up. We literally physically helped with the move since a member of the moving crew was extremely careless with our items . The moving company stated they would try and do something helpful with our invoice but did no such thing .Here is some advice. If you're considering using this service, pile up all of your stuff and set it on fire, it will provide some warmth and you won't have to deal with what is possibly one of the most unprofessional moving companies ever. The delivery folk blamed the company for double booking them, the guy on the phone doesn't really care. Horrible horrible service.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The 3 men showed up with a rented truck (strange.. expected a truck with the company name). They fiddled around at the back of the truck and couldnt get the ramp out for about 20 min. Finally started only to find out they had no carpet runners (we just had cleaned our carpets) they had limited supplies of blankets and tape (they actually ran out of tape so my husband gave them some of ours. I honestly felt bad for the guys working for the company. Give your men the tools to complete the job properly! Ended up getting $refund because the one guy literally did nothing and watched. I wouldnt be surprised if they picked him up that day to work. Spend extra money because in the end you get what you pay for.
UNPROFFESIONAL! DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS THEY ARE UNTRAINED AND SCAMMERS! ONCE THEY REALIZE YOU LIVE IN A WEALTHY AREA THEY WILL LOAD YOUR STUFF ON THE TRUCK AND THEN REQUEST MORE MONEY! WHEN WE DENIED THEM THEY LEFT OUR FURNITURE OUTSIDE IN THE DIRT AND RAIN! DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE GUYS ESPECIALLY WITH THE MAN NAMED MALCOLM! THE GOOD REVIEWS THEY HAVE ARE FROM THEIR FRIENDS AND FAMILY!! SO PLEASE I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!
AMAZING COMPANY TO DO YOUR MOVING. LESS THEN 24 HR NOTICE ON A SATURDAY THEY TOOK THE JOB ON TO HELP US. THE TEAM OF TWO WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. VERY FAST, VERY CARING OF YOUR STUFF AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. PRICE TO DO THIS JOB WAS VERY REASONABLE. FUNNY THING WAS SOME OF THE BIG MOVERS WERE NOT EVEN OPEN FOR REQUESTS ON A FRIDAY EVENING. NOT NK MOVERS. SINCERLY THANK YOU AGAIN.BRIAN COLE
