My husband and i had an extremely horrible experience at this hospital in 2016. After that, if we needed a hospital, we drove to Trillium or Credit Valley. We had to go to WOH as Urgent Care transferred my husband there. Our experience was a good one, much better than our last visit, which is why we've managed to give it 3 stars. Still a long way to go before it gets a 4 or 5 star rating.
Best hospital.The facilities are superb.
Service is good. I just don't like the hidden waiting area. It used to be outside but they have transferred into a smaller area inside so it seems like it's not so bad but that's not the case. I wish they would re-start the after hour clinic again so the emergency doesn't have to be so bad.
I get lots done at this hospital,I have three permanent doctors there who treat me very well. I have day surgery four times a year and have never had a bad experience.the staff are very nice and friendly. Helpful is the one great thing about all who work there .great roomy cafeteria with machines and fresh prepared stuff by many different foody court fair!!!over all the hospital if fate lands you there is as good as it gets. Oh also emergency is above average for moving you along quickly
