I took my dog here for grooming... What a mistake. I told the groomer not to shave my dogs face as its very sensitive. She said yes she knows and wrote it down. Lo and behold when I pick up the dog it's face has been shaved. Now my dog has to wear a cone to stop him from scratching his face.FYI they book 2 dogs at a time for 1 groomer so when u leave your dog there he will be crammed into a crate while the groomer works on someone else's dog. If your dog didn't have fleas before he will when u get him back. IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG DON'T BRING HIM HERE...Update... The new pet value at west drive and queen has 1 dog per appointment....
Would give them a -1 rating if possible! I'm guessing it was the owner who was assisting me, she was def sweet talking me into buying products but did not know how to treat her own employee well. Also, I've seen better service and products else where. Def went above and beyond to disappoint me.
