I called Tactic Roofing to come out and inspect a minor leak from my roof. I received professionalism right from the get go. Afshin discussed pricing over the phone so there was no surprises. A date and time was set and Afshin arrived right on time. Upon inspection he took pictures to show me any issues and fully explained what needed to be done. After work was completed Afshin once again took pictures to show and explain how the work was completed. I will definitely call Tactic Roofing Inc. again for any issues that arise with my roof. Afshin was very professional and does great work. He reviews the contract so you understand exactly what you are signing, as well as provides an honest timeline as to when your project will start and finish. He provides documents that you hope all companies in this trade have - permits, certificate of liability insurance, wsib clearance, etc. We had a positive experience and would definitely recommend Tactic Roofing to our family and friends.
Afshin and his crew did a fantastic job very professional and efficient neat and orderly in there work. He was very knowledgeable about everything and did an excellent job at cleaning up around the house after everything was done. Price was great to.
