I had some good experiences at this school met some amazing teachers and friends
It was fun when I was there, defi a learning and growing experience
I don't know how the facility is, but I have poor experiences with their graduates. Making me feel they aren't a good school. My friend hired one of their graduate at her bakery. He was left alone at the store one day when they were busy delivering cakes. That kid got high and ate an expensive wedding cake that was for a delivery next morning. They fired him right away, close the store and had to pull an all nighter to make replacement cake.Another graduate uttered threats to me because he heard a false rumour that I called him stupid. What kind of grown man go postal over a rumour? He said he's "not afraid to hit a woman." The school did not prepare students for criticism, real life. They might have sheltered them too much. The third graduate I heard of was hired by my friend's real estate agency. This girl comes in late every day, but she said "5 minutes late is not late!" Took half an hour to change out her boots, hang her coat, and get coffee. She is never ready to work until 10, then started checking lunch options at 11. She would keep checking phone notifications in front of clients. Once she didn't even show up at an open house on a Saturday because it's unreasonable to expect work on weekends. But all real estate agents work on weekends because most clients are free on weekends. All 3 of them are chronically late and never thought it's a problem. They even think people are unreasonable to scold them for just being late.Being Catholic myself, I always thought Catholic schools should offer more than secular school education. They should teach the students the 7 Virtuals. They should at least know that pride is the original sin by graduation. The problem is that these graduates don't even think being selfish is a problem. They think that people not letting them be themselves are selfish.Bottomline: This school does not teach Catholic values.
Not the worst school, but not the best. The teachers were overall really nice, and lessons were easy to follow. While the school has an IB program, it lacks AP classes. The student body was diverse, but I wouldn't exactly call it good. A lot of underachievers who didn't care about classes and would rather screw around than work. The ones who acted normally were nice, although most people tended to keep to their groups. I did myself, rarely interacted with more than 9-10 people I was close with. Also, their music program is really good. Some of my best experiences in high school took place thanks to music class. If you're thinking about going to this school because you want to stay with your friends or it's the closest school and you don't want to commute too far, then go ahead. There are better schools out there, but this one isn't as bad as others are making it out to be.
