Extremely disappointing staff.I placed the order for my shoes in store,staff entered incorrect address and phone number.I tried to track the order so it was on hold as the address was incorrect.I went to the store to inquire and see what should be the next step.The staff girl checked it and said I cant do anything about it.You need to call ups and check and incorrect address and number doesnt make any difference.She was so rude and disrespectful that I said Ive been in customer service too and this isnt the way you speak to a customer,on which she replied why dont you come and do my job!!The manager came and said to me instead that you need to calm down.No one bothered to be this much courteous to apologize for once for the mistake they made on their end.Never order from their store.

Spring shoes are nice to look at. But when you buy there so flimsy and cheap. I bought 2 pairs of Spring shoes and within months there already ripped
So I went into the store to purchase two pairs of shoes because I was emailed the new line of spring shoes that came out. I went in with my girlfriend so I could get advice on colours .... I knew I was purchasing two pairs of sneakers but I ended up finding a third pair and was happy.Now a gentlemen was helping me and he was so chilling and nice. Now my girlfriend and I was trying to pick colours and this lady who doesnt say "hi" doesnt introduce herself asks me if I was buying the shoes. I looked at her very quickly and said: "Im choosing colours". Then proceeded to smile and talk to my girlfriend. Then she started to tell me about a two shoe policy and that she would like to take the shoes I want to the cash.... I was confused and asked her "Where am I going"...then she just took the shoes..... BY THE WAY...there was a man standing waiting for her to help him but she was worried about my girlfriend and I instead of assisting the man. Listen I have really big feet so I ONLY shop at spring. I waited for the guy to come out and I apologized to him and told him I would not be purchasing the shoes because of the female who spoke to us and it had nothing to do with him...To be honest I do not know if it was because I was BLACK or if the girl just honestly doesnt know what to do when she thinks theres going to be potential theft but thats definitely not the way you handle it. I shop at spring SQUARE ONE all the time and have built a relationship with a couple ladies there I have never been treated like this ever. So disappointed by the spring at bramela mall.
If I could give no stars, I would. Every single time I walk in there, I leave disappointed. Not a single soul who knows what they should be doing in retail or posses common decency.
