Good store to purchase the things you need. The customer service is not amazing, as the lines can take a lot of time, and the employees are not too helpful when you ask them questions.
Worst customer service I have Received. Very rude. Remember this quote before you start your day, Every companys greatest assets are it customers, because without customers there is no company.
Manager refused to help. I went there the morning of Saturday November 3rd to purchase 40 emoji key chains that are $3 each plus other items so I was going to spend $150+ in the store. I had originally gone to another Party City that didn't have the key chains and told me to look up on the website which location had the most which was this one. I drove from Ajax to Brampton. When I got there and asked for assistance I was directed to the manager who said they had them in a box in the back of a trailer and was saving them for Christmas and would not go out to get them for me and told me to go to another location. Really!!?! Is that how you treat a customer? Never going to go to this location again. I would give them zero starts if I could!
It's good to see all birthday stuff under one roof but found limited themes for an year old baby boy.
