Rude staff, very untrained tellers. Dont park your money with NBC, they are the smallest bank out of all the others. Reason being their unprofessional service. There finanacial products are a rip off..
The worst bank ever!! After moving out of the country and not using the account for over 3 years they continue to charge the service fee and advise the only way to close is to come into the branch! They have no way to collect on the debt but would prefer you have it regardless. Even when I was in the country I changed to RBC and Tangerine which are both AMAZING BANKING INSTITUTIONS! This bank however is the worst dont sign up close your account and run!! Staff is horrible when I called they couldnt even find my account. But are charging me worst ever!
Managers are always busy and tellers are rude. Take your business somewhere else

Stay away! I have never been treated so bad by any financial institution! Trying to clear my mothers estate I had to go through hoops to get an answer from one particular staff member. Assistant manager was useless- kept referring me back to the same gentleman " he is the only one who can help you." After 6 voicemails, calls to head office, and several emails by other staff members he returned my call after 4 days completely surprised that I was that upset at all. Now I am going through the same issue with this person again 9 months later- you couldn't pay me any amount of money to deal with this bank EVER.
