Didn't like my very well done steak. I got it exhanged for the Salmon instead. The staff was warm and friendly and attended to all our needs. Very excellent customer service. Highly recommended
Went in with a party of 10 including. Good, clean atmosphere with decent service. I'm not much a steak person and went with crab cakes. For $24, it was definitely not worth it. The serving portion was extremely small--2 super mini 'cakes' with the diameter of a tooney, with 6 or so random veggie bits. I initially asked for the dish to be served with fries which they said was fine, but later said they can't do substitutions. Quality and taste was decent also. Food took about 45 minutes to come out, which wasn't ideal. Overall, not my type of place and not worth the money.
My family and I had a great time tonight. We were seated fast, there wasn't a long wait for the food. The seafood and steak was delicious. Our server Cheyenne her personality and customer service was amazing. We also appreciated the manager coming over to our table to ensure that our meal was up to our standards. I definitely recommend this restaurant and we will be returning.
We have been going on boxing day every year for the past 13 years for our friends birthday and tonight as been the worst service. First thing was they didn't tell us the specials for the night. When we gave our orders we had told them it was all going to be separate bills and who everyone was with. We realize that they didn't even bring us bread. Then it took so longer for appetizer as they forgot to bring out Calamari. They had already starting bring our entrees. I order the Top Sirloin Keg Classic. When they brought it out it didn't even have my Caesar Salad. Manager came out and apologize which was nice but when the bread finally came out it was hot on the outside and frozen hard rock in the middle. They gave us extra Miner pie which was nice but when it came time to paid it took so long as they couldn't figure out who was with who so it took then a while to get all the bills. For a 2 hours dinner ended up being 3 1/2 hours cause everything took so long and not right. Very disappointed.
If you love steak as much as I do then this is the place for you. I adore the baseball sirloin and I love the garlic mashed potatoes here which are a dream come true. After 4 years a visiting this location they have earned a loyal customer for life. Junk removal in Brampton is something that burns a lot of calories and I can't wait to replenish all the resources in my body by enjoying a great steak and a great meal in a great restaurant.
