Absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of the management. I'm sitting here studying with my friend when we noticed that a worker approached a group of 3 boys. After their conversation, I asked the boy what happened. He then proceeded to tell me how they are being kicked out unless they buy something AND they all individually have to buy something if they pleased to stay.Ridiculous. What's to say that the boys weren't going to purchase something after staying for 30 min??? This is shameful and not the way Coffee Culture should be doing business. The man proceeded to tell the boys that they can go to the library if they wanted to study. The children are trying to maintain their education and to be kicked out of a public facility is just sad to watch. The boys were not loud, they didn't cause distractions. They legit had their books out and was studying. This is not fair at all. TO ADD ONTO THIS, the place is NOT even busy. There are more than enough tables and chairs for paying customers to sit down and have an experience.I don't find it fair that these boys were kicked out just because the worker assumed that they won't buy anything. Not cool. Very hurtful to watch.
I ordered the Powerup Fruit Bowl and Spinach & Feta Pastry- both left me unhappy. The fruit bowl had no granola in it (despite it being mentioned on the menu) and there was barely any fruit! It looked nothing like the photo advertised.The spinach in the pastry was very bitter and was not a pleasant texture.If you're going to get something from here, I'd recommend the cakes and baked goods.
New place in block and nice hangout cafe. Well designed ambience for relaxing and sipping coffee with friends. Coffee Priced well .. recommend to sit and enjoy coffee in store.
Friendly staff, clean place and nice place to relax and have a coffee, tea or drink. Prices fairly high however it's has clean lounging area's and seating. Has a small assortment of specialty items including Vegan goods, however could have more for the area/location.
I often go to coffee culture in MISSISSAUGA and always had a good experience with the ambience, food and quiet space. I visited this location for the past two day and have received the worst customer service. The first day I had bought 4 drinks and two sandwiches within a 4 hour span and was kicked out for bringing in outside food. I had to wait 30 MINUTES for the booth i reserved. The next day another girl came in with burrito boys AND didn't buy anything from coffee culture and the same guy who kicked us out, told her it was permissible although she had not purchased ONE THING. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE will be calling corporate.
