Slow service, coffee taste burnt and not very fresh. Overall Tims has lost a lot of what made it great. Fresher and tastier coffee at McDonalds
Drive-thru is always super fast and the customer service from workers is phenomenal. Staff is always so friendly.
Small compared to other Tims locations but most of the staff are super quick and helpful

I was disappointed with the service received from the Manager at Tim Hortons earlier this afternoon. I had ordered and paid for a a few items which included a medium tea. Occasionally, if the tea was too light I have asked the servers for an extra tea bag and they have obliged both at this location and others. Today the staff referred my request to the manager who in turn informed me that it would cost 25ct for the extra tea bag after I had already settled my bill. The issue here is not the 25 ct but the condescending manner the manager handled the issue. She could have said, here is the extra tea bag, in future, please note that only comes with a large tea. Says a lot about Managers that care and those that dont!
