Very good customer service. Cost was as quoted in estimate. Job took an additional day to complete but for major transmission work, no complaint.Repair completed with no issues.Highly recommended

I usually send my spouse to handle all auto related maintenance, but the staff here were friendly, honest, reasonably priced, and had me out of there within 45 minutes. Really appreciate you valuing my time and the level of professionalism demonstrated.
After going to another well advertised shop I was met with locked doors and no one on site. Best decision I made as well as 2 others was to travel a little further up the road to AAMCO. Was met with a friendly smile and great attitude. A shop mechanic immediatley went out for a road test with me to see if he could hear what I have been hearing. With my vehicles age and high mileage he suggested we start with something simple and inexpensive as he was sure that my transmission was starving for fluid and filter could be blocked. Then speaking with the gentleman in the office he explained everything. I was in no rush to get my truck back but was delighted getting a call a couple hours later saying it was done. I was so impressed that i asked to do some additional work as simple as it may have been i appreciated their honesty and great customer service. Advertising that they close at 1pm i could not get back to pick up my vehicle however later in the afternoon I had stopped by to start my truck outside just to see how it sounded now.....They were still on site 4 hours after closing (now that's commitment) The gentleman from the office came outside to and was explaining what work was done and offered up a follow up (@no charge) in a few days to be sure everything was still good..... again great customer service. He even took my young son into shop to have look around as he had a high end car inside. My son thought it was awesome.......This establishment goes the distance to ensure you are taken care of from start to finish. I give them 6 out of 5 stars......Keep up the great work....see you for my next service.
