First of all I am very thankful of Mr. Minhaz Mashqur , the owner of this shop for his nice behavior and right advice and a cup of coffee at the shop.I met with an accident, when a lady hit me while coming out of her house. I had purchased a brand new car just three months back. My passenger side wheel was totally damaged and the tire turned totally flat.. It was a big impact as my front right side fender, headlight and bumper was also broken. Anyhow I moved my car to a nearby school parking lot and called my son to inform about the accident. There we changed the damaged wheel with the spare wheel in our trunk. I reported to the police, but because there was no injury to anyone, the police didn't come and advised me to contact my insurance company. We contacted the insurance company and after hearing all the details of accident they advised us to contact Carstar body shop nearby. I along with my son went to this shop in the evening and when we met Mr.minhaz there, he advised us to drop the car there as it is very risky to drive further on the spare wheel. He also arranged a Rental car for us. This all happened before any estimate of damage was done. After two days I got the email from my Insurance company, that my fault was zero and I have not to pay any amount for the repair and also for the rental. Now I am very pleased as my car looks like new again. they changed all the damaged parts with the original parts of the manufactures. I would like to recommend anyone who needs any repair of his car to see this shop and I am sure ,he will be satisfied with the staff, customer care and with the work done at this body shop.
staff here are very friendly and empathic to your situation. I was in two car accident within a short time and came in very upset about the hit and run I had been in. The staff were comforting and very approachable. I had a couple issues with my car after they repaired it and they told me to bring it back and fixed it.
The staff members at 33 Selby Road, Brampton, are simply the best. Today, my wife and I dropped our kid for a birthday party. While waiting to pick up our son, I noticed that the car door was making loud squeaking noise. I took my wifes car around the block and saw the carstar location. My wifes car got fixed while we were waiting. I did not get charged as it was a minor adjustment to the door. It was almost near their closing hour but the lady staff member came out to the parking lot and invited my wife and I to sit inside. she offered coffee and hot chocolate, with a big friendly smile. This was the best experience ever. Every company promotes customer service, but the real difference is made by people who work there. Again, you guys are simply the best. I am your loyal customer for life.
I had a great experience in here. I drop my car/suv for a paint repair and they offered me ride going home and pick me up again when everything was done. Great quality of workmanship and awesome customer service! Thank you Dian, John and rest of the crew.. I highly recommend this place.
