The receptionist at the help desk has zero manners on how to talk to anyone. No smile and ZERO PATIENCE when it comes to asking questions. Its not a surprise the ratings for this place are so low..
I packed away court documents but I needed them for my employer. I phoned and spoke to two very helpful individuals. One is reprinting it for me and offered to have it mailed out. What a fantastic experience!
The fact it takes over an hour to just make a payment is a joke. The information window told me everything I wanted to know I still have to wait hours just to give them money. You think a money hungry process like our governments they would actually use it to make things better!
I went there for an appointment with Screening Officer for parking ticket. Lady in information window - very rude. Screening Officer did not want to hear anything. He got up from his seat pointing to picture of a Law and moving around the room showing power. BAD body language.1. He intimidated me asking questions "what is the driving speed limit?" to which I told him that it is different on each street and my ticket was for parking not driving. To this his response was it was a question on driving test. "How you got your license" as if he had power to cancel it. 2. He called me "Stupid". He said "You know how stupid it is to put up signs saying you cannot park more than 3 hours!!!" The way he called me / my idea stupid, he was almost spitting. 3. When I asked why amount in the letter confirming my appointment shows $10 extra than penalty, he said "they should have told you upfront, i guess they will be doing that going forward". No apologies. No price reduction for their mistake. Note: I booked my dispute appointment on phone, giving them my phone, address name and details. They lured me into disputing a ticket in a hope that it might get cancelled and earned $10 extra. Their mistake is mistake and my mistake is fine.If I was remotely related to these people, I would get a warning not pay penalty + $10 + time waste + stress + disappointment + helpless + tricked and cheated. I wish I could give them less than 1 star review.Don't waste your time disputing your ticket. In Brampton, we have no rights. I hope God is watching everything and these people who create new rules behind rooms and do nothing to make them clear for citizens get karma.
