I was very worried about coming to this dentist because of the reviews that they got on here but I decided to still go seeing that I already booked my appointment and it being so close to home. The receptionist ladies were okay nothing special. They werent rude or extremely nice so I dont have any complaints about them. The dental assistant was very nice! She was so sweet and made sure that I was comfortable while she was cleaning my teeth. The only issue that I had honestly was with the actual dentist the guy. He wasnt rude but he was very quick and didnt take his time to communicate with me. I wish he would have sat down and actually communicated with me and given me my options and tell me what was wrong with my teeth in detail. Overall it wasnt a bad experience, I booked another appointment with them because I wasnt displeased. If I had to give them 1-10 rating it would be a 6 wasnt horrible but they can definitely fix a few things to make patience feel more welcomed and informed.
The staff is very very rude,no customer service skills at all. I wouldn't go back there if they paid me. Stay away from this place!
I went to this office last year to look anoit my teeth the dentist filled my teeth for me and a couple weeks later the filling came out . I called back to book a next apointment but something with family came up so I ended up missing the apointment . I made a call yesterday to book an apointment again the lastThen told me I missed an apointment so this is my last one I can get if I miss it I cant comeBack to the office mind you I am on onTario works and its hard to find dentist that will take us . So I got ready and went to the bank because my card was having issues called a Uber and as soon as I got in the Uber I made I call to them I was lettin them know Im a few mins late but I am on the way right now Ill be there shortly the last them laughed over the phone and said ur apointment is over I said Im a few mins late but Im in the car right now Ill be there ASAP miss and she keptLaughing like theres something funny if thats how they treat people thats crazy people should have some understanding on top of that my filling came out
I have never been trated so well at any other dental office as i was here.Doctor Ron is a brilliant Dentist who has changed my life for the better.Many thanks Ron to you and your staff!!
Been my dentist office for over 20 years.Over the years, the quality slipped and customer service is garbage.They tell me not to worry about a minimal outstanding balance and to pay it when I come in next (couple months in the future) by the next month I get a notice I'm in collections.Well.... Thanks, after so many years of being your client, and after the scandal and arrest of one of your staff members, tell me one thing about payment arrangements and place me in collections with no warning? For real?I got a new dentist and they can keep their quackery. Good luck!
