Amazing experience. I had called in a rush because I had a chip in my tooth they got me in the same day! Receptionist was super friendly and outgoing and the dentist was great! I feel like they didnt gouge me in the price because it was my first time and very trustworthy. I will definitely be back for a cleaning in a few months thanks again!!!!
My first visit to PPD was very pleasant. The hygienist was very professional and did a great job on my teeth. My second visit on the other hand not so much. Although the office was empty, I was made to wait half a hour past my appointment. When I finally was called in the hygienist confronted me about being upset about the delay. When the dentist finally got to working on my teeth, the hygienist proceeded to do her online shopping.Furthermore, months later I received a abrupt email stating that I owed $2.00, when i asked to see an invoice as I was unaware of any charges, it was for another client.I will personally not continue to use them nor would I recommend anyone to them.
