I really liked Dr. Chang. He diagnosed my skin condition professionally and gave me instant treatment, even gave me a bit of a discount on the price for the procedure after I asked nicely. Also treated two additional issues on my feet that had been bothering me for a while . Overall very polite, professional and courteous. Granted there was a bit of a wait time when I got there, about 20 minutes. And usually your scheduled start time doesn't always start on time like most clinics. But he more than makes up for it by spending more time with you to treat your condition. Just take advantage of their free Wi-Fi and surf youtube and the internet while waiting.Overall very satisfied for my first treatments, and will be back again for more treatments in the future.I highly recommend Dr. Chang as a Dermatologist, and he has my full support and approval.
waiting 45-60 mins for a 5-10 min appointment is no joke and very unprofessional. I think it would be a good idea to call the office beforehand and find out what the wait time is. I would rather adjust my time than waist all that time waiting
I definitely like Dr. Chang. He took his time with me and answered all my questions. This has been my 3 or 4th visit and I have no complaints. I will continue going.
Worst doctor Ive ever been to. 45 minute wait for a 5 minute Consultation was mid-diagnosed the first two times I went, which only resulted In my problem being worse. and only after firmly demanding to be given better attention, that I finally got a decent answer. After reading the other reviews is a wonder this man hasnt be sued for almost-practice. Never ever go her if you dont have to
I don't get why there are so many bad reviews, although I've heard he's improved. I have a severe case of psoriasis and even though I did not have an appointment (there were no slots available) I went in person and the receptionists and Dr were great, they were willing to see me despite this. Even though I spoke with hum for maybe 5 minutes, I didn't have to wait longer than 30 minutes (I've had to wait 3+ hours at some walk in clinics for this before) . He gave me useful advice and was very helpful.
