The receptioniste are the worst. They don't let you see doctor at the last minute. How do I know if I'm getting sick day. My BP was high and had to show the family doctor and took a day off from work and yet still said no. These people don't care if you die. I'm switching to another doctor who can actually save my life in emergency case. Guys if you're planning on having him as your family doctor, don't waste your time. The doctor's nice but the secretary are so rude.
Dr. Rohit Nagpal is our family physician since 2004-2005, very knowledgeable and very caring doctor. He always take personal initiative to book specialist or test appointment to make sure there will be no delay to figure the problem. yes timings are little odd but that doesnt effect, if you are in good hands.

Doctor is not knowledgeable at all. Google's information in front of you most of the time. Wait times are ridiculous and staff is rude. Would not recommend
Dr.Nagpal is our family doctor since 2006. He is taking care like a family member. It worth to wsit at the clinic even with an appointment. He is going great job for the community. Taking specialists appointment very quickly is there is a serious concern.
