Good deals. Cooperative staff
We made a purchase at 2001 Audio in Heartland (which I strongly recommend to go to as their customer service is phenomenal), the man working called the Brampton location to let the staff know that we were on our way to pick it up and that we will be five minutes late from the time they close. They said that they would wait, although once we got there (keep in mind we arrived 3 min earlier than planned), no one was there. We drove all the way to this location for nothing. I just dont understand what kind of customer service this is, especially when they confirmed that they would wait for us to come pick it up as it was already paid for. I do not recommend to go to this location ever.
I had purchased a speaker for my car door, the sales man at the time seemed to know what he was talking about. Looked up the vehicle and the speaker size.. less than a month later when the weather was nice enough to take my door apart to change it. The sales man sold me the wrong speakers not even close to the size to fit the door. Went back to exchange and the staff was less than helpful.
DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID!!! We purchased a home theatre, and we weren't getting any sound from the speakers so we decided to return it THE NEXT DAY. Upon arriving to the store the manager started to meticulously inspect all the items and told me that the speakers had fingerprints on them and 1 little nick on 1 speaker which for all either of us know could have been sold to us that way. So now he says he is going to charge me a 15% restocking fee (approximately 50$!!!). They sell items that don't work and then they charge you if you want to return them!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
I've bought several items at the trinity location. The salesman are always nice but the moment you need to return anything everything changes. They never ever allow you to return an item....they pull out the fine print on the back of the bill or make up an excuse. I will never ever shop there again. They have lost a good customer
