After reading the reviews about this specific location, I was very hesitant to go there but since it was the closest I went regardless. However, to my surprise it was the opposite. The store was organized and I was taking care of by a very nice boy, which I recalled his name is Abinov. he was extremely helpful and was able to sort all my questions and help me buy what I need it. I will definitely recommend this location and will come back if need it!
My iPhone 5s wasn't turning on and then I went there to repair the same. Then they told me it's gone. They didn't suggest any other step. I asked the staff same question and he repeated it's gone. Then I ordered 12$ replacement battery from ebay and it works it now like super duper iPhone. I didn't trust the answer 'IT'S GONE'...he may be thought I will give it to him for recycle my iPhone.
No wonder why they receive low rating, no customer. I came to the store to repair my 6s, they offer a replacement phone if available for $389 plus taxes, when there trade in value is $250. Fixing 6s for 400+ and trade in for 250. What a business !!
I cant believe how rude these workers are!! I went to Exchange my headphones for another pair (I am under warranty) but I was made a fool in front of everyone!! He accused me of being deaf and said that was my fault! I cannot believe this!! Ive been to other Apple stores in this area and theyve always had good quality service this was not my first time going to one. I have had my headphones changed couple of times before as well. Overall dont waste your time here just because this one is closer to you that was the reason I visited and I regret it. The worker was disrespectful and rude I hope this review can save other peoples time
