This place is rude and unprofessional. I called to order a corsage and she was not very helpful and told me that I couldnt have the color I wanted because she would need more notice in sourcing a purple rose. I placed the order anyways and continued searching for another flower shop so that I could get what I actually wanted in my short 24hr notice during prom season.. anyways, I ended up finding Imperial - which is AMAZING. They asked me soooo many questions to ensure that I was getting the right product and provided their own insights which helped me tremendously. When I called back this place in about 15mins to cancel my order she told me that I wasnt able to cancel the order because they had already made the corsage!! She was so rude and hung up the phone on me! Save yourself the time and call Imperial Flowers - they even gave me 20% off my order!
I recently ordered flowers with balloons for a birthday. The flowers showed, but the balloons did not. That is very unprofessional. Addition, the card memo wasnt even professionally written. The sentences were split and the signature was with the split sentences; not spaced and not put at the end.
I originally ordered flowers from Shalimar design for a funeral and it turned out to be a disaster with very poor customer service. I found Flower Delight and they saved the day for me. So professional, patient and treats you so nice. Flowers turned out better than I thought.
