Imperial Flower Shop did our wedding and Bridal Shower florals and I cannot express how absolutely amazing the whole experience was. From the initial consultation to the wedding day, Angela and her team were such a pleasure to work with and their floral arrangements were more gorgeous than we could have ever imagined. I had a last minute change to our wedding florals the morning of my wedding and they were able to do it within crazy short notice. Imperial is reasonably priced, highly organized, and their florals are of the highest quality. You know you are in good hands with them. You will not regret shopping here - no matter how big or small your order is with them, they will exceed your expectations.
I'll start by saying this review could have easily been a 1-star review, but Imperial Flower Shop owned the mistake they made and more than compensated. Mistakes happen. That's life. How the response is handled makes all the difference. I ordered a bouquet last Wednesday to be delivered to my fiance today. Imperial mistakenly delivered the bouquet the day I ordered it (1 week prior to my requested delivery date). Instead of ignoring me when I brought the mix up to their attention, the Imperial staff apologized not only on my first call but also had a manager call back later the same day to apologize and let me know they'd be sending the bouquet again (a second one) today as originally ordered. I've waited to leave this review until I've confirmed that it was delivered. Both bouquets are beautiful. This is how you own up to your mistakes. Next time I want flowers I will be buying from Imperial, and you should too.
