This was my first visit to Rona, I believe. Normally I go to other stores for my building material needs. It was a nice experience visiting to Rona. Store has a nice layout and friendly staff. They helped me quickly to find what I was looking for. Door and window department associates were helpful and knowledgable too. They answered my questions very well. I would visit this store in future also.
Manager was helpful and approachable. Staff were curtious. 2 thumbs up.
Over the last number of months, this has become my favorite home store. Great deals, especially over the last couple of weeks. Yhe staff really know what they're doing. Gone are the days of kids wearing headphones and ignoring you. I was just in the store, and was absolutely blown away by the staff. What an awesome experience!
Extremely helpful staff who gives you their honest opinion rather than just trying to sell you a product. Great customer service too. I wish the RONA closer to my home (Erin Mills) is even a fraction of this RONA in terms of customer experience. I'll try my self to bring my business to this store instead in the future.
The young people that work at this store are absolutely great in my opinion. I was just there on the 29th of November 2018 and the young, pretty girl by the name of Lola at the customer service desk was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was looking for an item that I couldn't find and she had someone paged to come and help me. The employees were mostly busy cleaning up and bringing in merchandise from outside the store as it was almost closing time. A young man came right over, found what I was looking for and offered to bring it out for me, which I declined but nonetheless I thought that was very nice. I don't see this type of service very often anymore. Keep up the great work guys and girls and I really hope that this store doesn't close!
