the guy who works at paint section and the younger girl who works at check out section, they are so friendly and helpful.
Good selection. Difficult to find someone to help. Staff levels are now same as that at Home depot whereas they used to be twice that of them when they opened
I was looking forward to buy a fresh tree. It's a family tradition. I came in Monday of this week and was shocked! They barely had trees, and they did not have any 8-9 ft trees (it was only the 10th, and we usually get a tree at this time, if not later). So we just left. If the sales were higher this year, why not order more and meet the demand? Now I know I cannot depend on Home Depot for Christmas.
I prefer this place to Home depot. Better service, sometimes better alternative products. So far staff I have dealt with know their product or will find someone who does.
My husband and I went to Lowe's for paint yesterday. I have to say this was the most pleasant time I have ever had ordering paint . I believe the man who was helping us was named Ami....what a fabulous person! He not only served us with a smile, he also went out of his way to make sure we were getting the best possible deal because we ordered 6 cans of paint . Ami deserves recognition for being a down to earth, wonderful, caring associate. I have had to order paint many times over the years and have never received such outstanding service.
