Ok, so I started my first Reno of a kitchen and bathroom and basically I did not know what I was doing. Karee helped me out tremendously picking out my items. And then the contractor got involved. And things changed big time. Needless to say my order changed several times over and ended up going back to Karee to take things out. Every time she was patient and informative. And in the end she and Jeff were instrumental in helping this Reno job come through to fruition. This was not a buyer/seller relationship. They truly looked after me. I will make it a point of looking to them for any future kitchen/bathroom needs as long as they are around. Thank you both.
The staff at the Brampton location are great! We had to return a sink we bought for a kitchen renovation. Unfortunately, it was after their return period but the staff there worked hard to find a solution that worked for both parties. It was very much appreciated!

I was extremely happy with my experience here. Customer experience was superb . I had Kyle help me a lot and he is extremely knowledgeable and caring. The big box stores like Lowes simply dont come anywhere near this service. Bath Depot people really wanted me to be happy with my purchase.
