Very bad experience when I was returning an item which never fit into my kitchen. The sales lady said the item is not in the receipt I was showing her due to serial number not in her inventory. Then i was told I must have got it free. After research and wasting 15 minutes they realized they were not looking at the product code correctly. Pathetic customer service. I don't want to name the sales lady as she realized the mistake finally.
I always loved kitchen stuff plus but beware of shopping online with them. It has been nothing but hassle with them misquoting shipping, then unable to edit orders to fix the problem, then my options are to pay money or drive an hour and a half away to pick up items because they cant even ship to a nearby store. Great stuff but avoid shopping online with them. For the amount of time I spent I should have just driven to the closest store.
