Poor and pathetic service. From constant appointment changes last minute to being referred to an xray office who sends the wrong patients information to the chiropractor to physiotherapists and chiropractors promising notes will be sent to my family doctor and neurologist, this clinic has been horrible to deal with. None of their intake forms suggest a fee for medical records to be sent to doctors/specialists. I advised the manager Ghasan of this. Both him and the front office staff have done nothing to help me nor did they apologize about the lack of communication in their own office for everyone to be on the same page. Ghasan states he is a manager but definitely does not act like one and I can publish emails to prove this. I have emailed David Wong. I would like upper management to contact me about how I have been treated and my medical records being withheld from my doctor and neurologist. I am coming to this location for a health concern and instead of treating me as a human being they treat each person like a cash cow. I even stated going forward I would pay for my records to be sent to my doctors but will not pay for anything to date because both physiotherapists and the chiropractor assured me my records would be sent. When there was an issue with the clinic they asked me to get xrays done at I had to speak to 4 different receptionists just to make a phone call to get the right xray done from another clinic. The receptionists asked me to go pick up my own xray results after they referred me to a garbage facility. Customer service skills are lacking from front end to managers here. David Wong and upper management, please contact me.
Physio here fixed my shoulder. The staff is authentic and genuinely interested in not only helping you not be injured, but actually BE HEALTHY (if your willing to put in the work). Thank you!
Began going here a few months ago, luckily googles reviews were right. The facility is modern and contains almost anything you need under one roof, including a walk in clinic! Staff and physicians are so friendly and professional. I am seeing improvements and feeling better thanks to Brampton Wellness Institute. I will be going here for a long time.

It has been almost two years that I have been getting treatment from Dr. Sam for my lower back. He and his team have done and outstanding job. The atmosphere of the clinic is clean and professional and this is one of the best treatment I have had. I feel that o got a brand new back. Now I am in maintenance phase and Dr. Sam Assisstant Omar is helping me to strengthen up lower back by taking me step by step to strengthening exercises. I must say to be patience during the treatment and work with the Physio team, make changes in your life style and follow the stretches and exercises at home. Once again, one of the best clinics I have been to by far. Thank you to all who works there, especially the reception staff, they are full of life. Merci beaucoup
