  Everyone at the facility is great and helpful from the physiotherapists, assistants, and front desk. Follow up is also something that they are great in doing. Would definitely recommend!

  I've went to Focus Physio for 3 months for a wrist injury. The first time I called to book the initial assessment and create a treatment plan, they were very accommodating and squeezed me into their schedule. The staff were very professional, able to direct bill my insurance company, and did not rush my treatment. About 2 months in, I developed different wrist injury which they pointed out as I was unaware. They happily treated both injuries as part of my same visit.

  My mom came here for her physio and they were both highly professional and helpful. MY parents have had other experiences with other physiotherapy centers, and I found Focus to be way better than any of the other ones.PS: The reception is super cool and helpful. I used to work remotely when bringing my mum to the physio and they were really considerate and nice.
