Had the worst experience here. BAD, RUDE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY AN EMPLOYEE- HER NAME WAS JACKIE!She was soooooo rude. The week before she was rude and talking down to a man sending something to India, and fighting with her own colleague and talking down to her too in front of customers. Today, she called security on me because I had to tell her how bad her customer service is and how rude and disgusting her behavior was. No CS , no manners and extremely disrespectful! She needs to work somewhere else because this job isn't for her. She called security like I was a threat with a baby, and 2 and 3 year old. Give me a got damn break Jackie! Learn to have some customer service skills. Sorry but wrong customer to talk down to... NOT TODAY JACKIE not EVER!!!!
Nice post office. The peoples work here are very fast and friendly even with a big line
I've been waiting in line for 20min also cash only cause the system is down. This whole place seems like it's out of service. One person working the desk at 6:00pm most busy hour.
This place is always understaffed and the one employee that works there looks so tired and disgusted that it looks like shes going to quit and walk out any second. The biggest issue I have is just just how god damn slow the service is. The manager of this store needs to stop being cheap on labour and hire at least 2 employees for better efficiency and customer service.
I was in line 15 minutes before closing and I was the 4th person in line. I'm only dropping a few letters, but she refused to serve any other people in line except the first person in line. She told us after standing in line 3 minutes prior to closing. That's ridiculous, she should've told the customers when she saw people lining up and expect them to be okay with that after lining up?? Just have better customer service, be considerate of people's time. I know they close at 9 but we are customers and that is how you loose people.
