If I can give minus stars I would honestly do it. At 4pm on Thursday, Jan 17th 2019. This rude front desk person not only did she not assist me as a customer on anything, she was even very rude to speak with. Ex: "put it on the scale (rolled her eyes)"I understand if you're tired, but you have a job you signed up for. Be attentive to your customers especially if they walked in with a smile on their face.
This place is terrible, the old lady that work there she is mean, I don't know how is possible this ppl work there I have to come to the store 2 times to change the name in my receipt for money gram, and today I just found the same 3rd time is impossible ppl be so stuped am so sick and the bloondy Yonge girl even worst you need new people in there if it was 0 start I will put it
The post office manager PINKY is very helpful and knowledgeable of posting parcels.
Very much hit and miss. For the most part their staff is freaking terrible. There is one woman who is very good, but seems to not be around much anymore. If she is not there the customer experience is brutal, as the rest of the staff is borderline useless.
