I highly recommend Ruby. She went above and beyond with getting our house sold earlier than anticipated and at a good price. She has great negotiation skills, there were a few uncertainties with the buyer/buyers agent, but Ruby pulled it through. She also helped us with setting up a real estate lawyer and handled most of the communication with them on our behalf. House was staged beautifully, and marketed very well too. Shes very communicative and attentive, she always kept us up to date and answered anytime we called/texted.

But Ruby is such a warm, genuine and understanding person that within that first meeting, she had won our hearts over.
