I found this agent on google due to reviews.***DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. ****** AFTER MY REVIEW, HE GOT HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO GIVE HIM BETTER REVIEWS AND TRYING HIDE THE TURTH****This turned out to be the biggest nightmare. Through my personal experience of dealing with him and his broker. I would highly recommend searching somewhere else.They will take advantage of your innocents. They will write things in the contract with out making aware of it. Very unprofessional people to deal with. Took advantage of my parents trying to push them into a sale of a commercial property.He was representing the buyer and seller for the particular deal. There was a lot of conflict of interest that was involved.And at the end of this, he would not terminate/cancel our listing. Then he told me I had to speak to his Broker/Manager. He basically said" we own this listing now" " you can't do anything"They are not willing to work with you. Very unprofessional people.At the end of the day, he was only looking in his favour.I highly recommend looking else where. Someone who you/ family trust.
