I came here once for a massage and infrared sauna. Joseph was awesome. Although, I had booked a sauna immediately after my massage but when I got out, no one was there to tell me where to go, not even my masseuse. I went to the front desk and the first thing they said was how much I had to pay. I told them I haven't even gone in for my sauna yet, and they made me wait in the lounge for 15-20 minutes while the sauna was heating up. This was disappointing because I had plans and had to be somewhere afterwards. I ended up having to cut my sauna short to make them in time. I understood it was a mistake so I didn't want to be too bothered.I enjoyed my massage experience so I wanted to go back and buy a gift package my sister and her partner's birthdays which are one day apart. I thought it would be special for them to celebrate together, especially with Valentine's Day being so close. I also brought my mother with me because I wanted her to see the place and sign up for a massage herself. What I dealt with today, changed my mind completely. We went in to inquire about a specific couples package, 'date night', that I found on their website from a Google search. The woman that greeted me was unsure about it and showed my phone to the manager who was older with short red hair. The manager was shockingly extremely rude, telling me that package doesn't exist and that it expired it July, and claimed that I copied that website to try and get the deal. I was really confused and in disbelief, and told her that I had done that Google search just before coming in. She continued to be rude by responding to me while working on her computer. Didn't even have the courtesy to look at me while she spoke to me, and told me over and over that it wasn't on their website and if I looked at their website I wouldn't find it. What kind of service is this? Usually in a spa environment, people are so sweet and zen! I really enjoyed my massage in the past here but this experience has ruined the image of this place for me. All I wanted was for more information about couples packages and she just shoved a sheet with Valentine's Day specials for one person in my face without describing anything. All she did was tell me that those were their current specials and I can chose from there. I felt like she believed that I was trying to scam them, and the woman that spoke to me initially didn't try to resolve the poor customer service experience. Such a shame that these are the first people you meet when the place is filled with talented, experienced, therapists, doctors, and beauty technicians.
The website was so informative! We got a tour of the place and the treatments they offer. I took my mother and sister here for mothers day and we all loved it!! It was our first time and it definitely wont be our last! Lovely staff
I needed some help with my neck and shoulders so I booked a RMT appointment at this spa.The atmosphere and staff are absolutely wonderful. The ladies at the front desk made it easy for first time clients to feel comfortable and taken care of. I had a 60 minute appointment with Steve - it was fantastic. He really understood what I was asking for and my shoulders could not be happier!Will definitely be going back here.
I had an excellent experience at the spa. The facility was much bigger than I expected. Clean and felt like new. Although I did not have time, I like how they offer all day lunch! The staff were friendly and accommodating. The owner himself greeted me and offered a beverage while I waited for my service. I had come in for a Brazilian, lower legs, underarm and upper lip wax. The esthetician was experienced and very thorough, and I was blown away by the efficiency of her work! Thank you Rosario ! I will definitely be a repeat customer! I want to try their other services too! Bravo!
My husband and I went into Five Senses a couple of weeks ago just to check it out based on the online reviews I had read. We were greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff, who took the time to explain and answer all of our questions and even offered us a tour of the facility. We booked a couples/prenatal massage on the spot.We attended our massage this past Sunday and both of us were very pleased with the service that we were provided. It is also very clean and welcoming. Needless to say that we will be coming back and have already booked appointments for additional services.
