I've had to come in a few times over the months, and Dr Lee and wonderful nurses have always been so kind and helpful with me but most importantly my kitty. First visit my cat gave Dr lee a deep scratch and he brushed it off like nothing happened. No comment or frustration just went on with the appointment. Every other time I've been in no issues lol but Dr lee doesn't rush me out he'll take all the time to explain everything through and through giving me options and good suggestions. The nurses have also been great with needles, check-ups, poop samples, treating my kitty as if it was their ownThanks to everyone at Brampton Vetrinary
Wonderful clinic. Dr.Lee is kind and compassionate towards my little Aaden and that's good enough for me. This is my first pet, and I am probably overly anxious and ask a lot of questions, Dr.Lee was incredibly patient and answered all my questions, giving me honest feedback on pet insurance etc. My kitten is in the safest of hands. What a wonderful veterinarian and his staff are equally wonderful. We have nothing but praise for this clinic.Tamsyn & Jason
Dr. Lee is so knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all your questions. In the event of an emergency or even a regular check up... this the is vet that you want taking care of your animal. There might be some places that is a bit cheaper but it does not compare when you think of the level of care your animal will receive.
Best Vet I have been too. Dr. Lee & his team are caring, always compassionate & extremely knowledgeable. They do not force any treatment's on you if you do not want them & are very patient with the animals. They lay out all the best possible options & work out all payment options! Very thankful for this clinic & will always be a returning customer!
Dr Lee is who I go to when I need full and straight answers, compassionate service, and a very high standard of competence and care. I have almost 30 years of experience with companion animal care and over those years I have seen many veterinarians, and Dr Lee is very high on my best-of list. I don't live anywhere near the clinic but I travel there because I know that my animals will receive excellent service, and I do not have to worry about what he isn't telling me or considering (because he explains everything in great detail and answers every possible question I can come up with, which I really appreciate!), what options we haven't explored (he gives me all the options), or whether I'm being overcharged. Veterinary care is not cheap but I know from experience that what I get from Dr Lee is top notch care at a fair price. Thanks Dr Lee (and everyone else at Brampton!)!
