Excellent service.

Appointment time was not honoured. Lady at desk was very unpleasant. I was not called when they were finished. I made 5 attempts to call the tire center, nobody answered the phone. Went back to talk to them in person, same desk lady said "we dont usually call people," and claimed she couldnt answer the phone because there was a line. How about returning the call when the line is gone?!? One lug nut (the wheel locks) was left off of each of my tires, with no note left on the summary. They said it was because they didnt want to break the wheel locks because they had some rust on them - should have left me a note, a less observant person would have drove the car without all the nuts on. Will not be coming back for service here.

They dont care about customer wait times. Two and one half hours to change tires with an appointment. Nice way to lose customers. My time is worth so much more. You be the judge of what your time is worth! Also dont go shopping and buy frozen food as it wii thaw

I was on time for my appointment and came in at 12:00 pm on 10/6/2018 (Thanksgiving weekend). My right front tire had a minor superficial scrape, but because I had a 10 hour (600 mile) drive back to Boston, I decided to play it safe and replace it (Michelin), and keep the existing tire as a spare. I communicated this to Corey (the manager) when I came in, and I was told by Corey at the time of sale that I could keep my tire as a spare and that my tires would be rotated for the new tire to be installed on the rear, per protocol. An hour and a half later, I noticed many people had come and gone but I had not even received any update. I went back to the front desk for an update. I was informed by Deshawn that the job was complete and he rushed me with the paperwork. I asked if the new tire had been installed in the back as I was informed by Corey that it would and it should be. Deshawn made no effort and instead asked me to check with Craig - the tire tech who worked on my car (basically Deshawn asked me to do his job). After standing outside the shop in the rain as the technicians just looked at me and sang along to reggae music, someone had the courtesy to ask me why I was there. I asked for Craig; I asked if my car was done and if the tires had been rotated. I was instead incorrectly informed that it was protocol to install the tire on the front (are you kidding me? You don't need to be a certified tech to know that's untrue). I came back to Deshawn at the front desk and gave the front desk an update; Corey was there and asked why a new tire was installed on the front, at which point Deshawn just shrugged and said he had asked Craig to rotate the tires but he didnt listen to him (why couldn't Deshawn just tell me this himself when he gave me the paperwork to pick up my car?)I was asked to wait again; I waited an additional 20 minutes at the front desk, and I would have kept waiting if I had not inquired again myself. Deshawn (on his cell) told me my car is probably not done otherwise the keys would have been brought to the front desk. I told him I had been there for over 2 hours and I had a 10+ hour drive to Boston, at which point he reluctantly he went back to check - the car was done. When I got my car, only 2 of the tires were rotated (switched the front and the back on the same side). It took more than two (2) hours to replace one (1) tire correctly even though I had a scheduled appointment. I had left the parking lot, and was on the highway and would not have noticed until had reach my destination nearly 600 miles away, that my old Tire was not returned to me and instead retained by the shop. When I got back, they told me they had tossed the tire for recycling. I had to ask them to search for my tire as it was basically brand new. When they brought back the correct tire it was severely damaged by Craig at the time of removal, so much so that it could no longer be used as a spare tire (they first tried to give me someone else's tire with a 6" x 6" hole in it). By this time it was already past 3:00 pm. Then an argument ensued about why I had come to replace my tire, and that it was just as damaged when I brought it in. I informed them that I had driven there with the tire on, and it had no structural problems, and reiterated discussions with Corey at point of sale. I was asked to wait again as security tapes were reviewed. I was informed that my statements were correct but because it was going into a he-said she-said debate, it would have to go through insurance. In the end it was 4 pm and I was asked to fill out a form and to keep my damaged tire. The whole ordeal took 4 hours! Lazy and unprofessional staff. Did not expect this from Costco, to which I deferred over other local mechanics to get professional and timely service.

Nice arrangement cooperative staff.highly recommended by me to visit such a nice place
