I just started working here and I am very surprised on the negative reviews. I honestly feel that if you are a sensitive person with no sense of humour or take things to literally then YES DO NOT WORK THERE!I can honestly say that I have never worked at a place where I can say that I have no issues with anyone there. Everyone has been so welcoming without being fake about it. I feel I have finally found a group of colleagues that I can blend in with and hoping I meet their expectations to become a permanent valuable member.
Ive worked there for 8 years and no respect towards employees are given and the environment is so unsafe that I had to quit because my life is worth more than money. Mangagement and owners have no idea how to keep that place running productively nor safely. Very sad place to be in.
The guy below me is right. I worked my ass off there for a year just to be " laid off". They are so unprofessional in their use of people and the disrespect of Robert an owner! Oh my god! I'll never send someone to work there. It's a death trap!
VERY POOR TRAINING , VERY UN ORGANIZED UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT TO WORK FOR .THEY RELY ON OTHER VETERANS WORKERS TO TEACH THE NEW ONES. IF THE PERSON IS HONEST AND GOOD WITH HIS WORK TRYING TO DO HIS BEST ? HE WILL NOT SURVIVE THERE !! BUT IF THE PERSON IS SNEAKY , BACK STABBER AND BROWN NOSER .. THEY LOVE THAT EVEN IF THAT PERSON IS LAZY ..IF YOU BLEED ON FLOOR IT DOESN'T MEAN NOTHING TO THEM AS LONG AS THEY MAKE $$$$$ .. YOU CAN FEEL AND SEE THE SADNESS ON EVERYBODY'S FACE DUE TO THE LACK OF SMILES AND GREETINGS. THERE IS NO COMMUNICATIONS WHATSOEVER .. THE PLACE IS FULL OF SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS IN EVERY SINGLE WALL , CORNER INSIDE AND OUT I SWEAR YOU WOULD FEEL YOU ARE WORKING INSIDE DETENTIONS FACILITY ..VERY BAD ,DARK AND NEGATIVE PLACE TO WORK FOR ..TO BAD STARTS WITH ONE STAR ( IF I COULD GIVE NOTHING - I WOULD GIVE ABSOLUTELYNOTHING )
