I visited this store because the Canadian Tire store nearest me to was out of stock for the product that I wanted. Online it said that it had six. And when I went to look sure enough 6 and I bought five of them. Nice big store no complaints.
Worst place to buy stuff from. I was taking to the manager about returning something calmly and he got so aggressive. He also pushed me after with his hand because I was not moving. He never noticed he did, but he did push me. Honestly, this place needs a better manager and one thats readsonable. The employees were just laughing at me and my mom, they are very disrespectful. Dont buy anything, they wont let you return stuff without causing some sort of drama. They wont offer a store credit or an exchange either. They also assume that you used something for no reason, so just go to a different Canadian tire.
There was an item in the flyer on sale that we wanted. Checked online and this store had some I stock but we wanted to be sure. We called the store first and got the run around from no less than 4 associates for 45 minutes. We didnt even get to tell them what we were looking for. We bit the bullet and drove the 40 minutes to the store. It has now been 40 minutes...three associates and no one knows where the in stock product is. And no one comes back to give us an update. We are now getting the manager involved. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a store. I will never come to this location again.
This location is good for tools and general household/auto cleaning supplies, but they dont follow the tire warranty stating if a tire (rubber part) is bought with the rims (steel part) together (already installed).Ive returned twice for a tire balance which didnt fix the vibration Im feeling in the car (which only occurred after having the wheels mounted (put on car), by Tire World, which certainly couldnt have caused any vibration issues). They told me unless they were the ones who mounted the wheels, nothing could be done without me paying $200.00 for 2 tires or a &50 dollar inspection.
Usually easy to find available associates if looking for assistance. Very friendly and helpful. Stuff on sale is in stock and not sold out. Great Canadian Tire location. Good hot dog/food vendor outside as well
